We are looking for a Business Analyst to join one or more Agile development teams responsible for supporting the organization's digital transformation initiatives. The role focuses on ensuring that information systems evolve in line with business and digital needs while contributing to both new developments and the maintenance of existing applications. The successful candidate will work in a large organizational environment, collaborating with multidisciplinary Agile teams to translate business requirements into effective digital solutions.

Your mission:
- Join one or multiple Agile/Scrum development teams.
- Support digital transformation and information system modernization initiatives.
- Analyze and understand business needs to ensure alignment between IT solutions and organizational objectives.
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements with stakeholders.
- Model business processes using BPMN.
- Produce functional analysis and documentation using UML where appropriate.
- Contribute to solution design in collaboration with development teams.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and support Scrum practices.
- Assist with application maintenance and continuous improvement activities.
- Contribute to testing activities, including functional validation and support during acceptance phases.
- Maintain project and functional documentation using Confluence.
- Collaborate effectively within a large-scale organizational environment.
Your activities:
- Business requirements elicitation and analysis.
- Business process modeling (BPMN).
- Functional analysis and documentation.
- UML modeling.
- Agile/Scrum collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Testing preparation, execution support, and validation.
- Documentation management in Confluence.
- Use of Jira for Agile project tracking.
- Support application maintenance and enhancement initiatives.
- Ensure information systems remain aligned with evolving business needs.
- Work within public sector governance and operational constraints.
- Interact with stakeholders involved in digitalization programs.
- Leverage knowledge of BCSS/eHealth ecosystems where relevant. xolzvmg
