Senior Operational Risk Consultant – Insurance
Are you an Operational Risk consultant with insurance consulting experience?
We're looking for a Senior Consultant to advise leading insurers on Operational Risk, Operational Resilience and Risk Transformation initiatives across Belgium.
You'll work with senior stakeholders to design and enhance Operational Risk frameworks, deliver RCSAs and risk assessments, strengthen governance and controls, and help clients navigate an evolving regulatory landscape.
What you'll bring
- 5+ years' experience in Operational Risk within insurance consulting.
- Strong knowledge of Solvency II, Operational Risk frameworks, governance and controls.
- Experience with Operational Resilience, Third-Party Risk, Outsourcing or IT Risk is an advantage.
- Proven ability to engage and influence senior client stakeholders.
- Fluent in English, plus Dutch or French.
What you'll do
- Lead client engagements for Belgium's leading insurers.
- Advise on Operational Risk frameworks, governance and control design.
- Deliver RCSAs, risk assessments and Operational Resilience initiatives.
- Translate regulatory requirements into pragmatic business solutions.
- Coach junior consultants and contribute to the growth of the practice.
