To strengthen our global Veneer Products Business Unit, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager who enjoys turning market insights into successful products.
Your missionYou will define and drive the product strategy of our veneer portfolio and translate market opportunities into scalable product solutions.
From early discovery to industrial launch and continuous improvement, you will own the full product lifecycle and work closely with teams across the company.
This role combines strategy, innovation and execution in an international and entrepreneurial environment.
What you will do�
� Define and implement the long-term product strategy for our veneer portfolio�
� Translate customer needs and market insights into clear product visions and roadmaps�
� Lead innovation projects from concept to industrialization and global launch�
� Work closely with R&D, purchasing, operations, sales and marketing�
� Drive strategic initiatives such as digital product management and value-based pricing�
� Build product knowledge internally through training, workshops and communication�
� Contribute to strengthening our product management cultureYour profile�
� Master’s degree or equivalent experience�
� Around 5–10 years of experience in product management, project management or a similar strategic role�
� Experience with technical or industrial products�
� Strong analytical thinking and the ability to turn insights into action�
� Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across functions and regions�
� Fluent in English and able to work in an international xlxgzvr environment�
