Responsibilities
- Define and analyse existing business models using process modelling techniques and methodologies.
- Create and maintain end-to-end AS-IS process descriptions.
- Review, analyse, and update existing business processes.
- Develop and maintain process documentation.
- Manage process-related documentation and ensure proper document governance.
- Design and document Incident Management processes for products, applications, or functionalities.
- Create process flows, workflow diagrams, and business process models.
- Analyse current workflows and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather process information and validate documentation.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of process documentation.
- Support process optimisation initiatives within the organisation.
Process & Business Skills
- Business process modelling and analysis.
- AS-IS process mapping and documentation.
- Workflow analysis and optimisation.
- Incident Management process design.
- Process documentation and document management.
- Understanding of workflow processes.
- Knowledge of banking processes and financial services (preferred).
- Knowledge of card technologies such as Android Pay, Google Pay, and Payconiq (preferred).
- Knowledge of card fraud and dispute processes (preferred).
Technical Skills
- Technical writing skills.
- Experience with process modelling techniques and methodologies.
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Microsoft Visio.
- ARIS process modelling tool.
- Creation of flow charts and process diagrams.
