A large-scale enterprise transformation programme is looking for an Enterprise Architect to own the technical and business architecture across a complex, multi-system landscape.
About the role
You'll define the target architecture — logical, technical and physical — and see it through to implementation. That means owning the technology stack decisions and product evaluations that determine whether the programme meets its long-term goals, not just documenting them.
Day to day you'll work alongside business stakeholders, delivery teams and infrastructure specialists to make sure the architecture holds up against real constraints and integrates cleanly with the wider estate. You'll unblock technical challenges, give direction to project teams, and adapt the architecture as the programme evolves.
You'll also run impact analyses with support from domain architects, contribute to business cases for new initiatives, and make recommendations on architecture decisions raised by both the business and IT.
What you'll need
- Proven Enterprise Architecture experience, TOGAF certified
- Dutch & English is mandatory
- Strong grasp of architecture patterns and principles
- Hands-on depth across Azure, microservices, .NET, React.js, React Native, Node.js, Oracle, PostgreSQL, NoSQL, APIs and web services
- Working understanding of both traditional data centre and Azure cloud environments, including the friction between them
- Track record of simplifying complex IT estates into standardised landscapes
- Experience delivering in large, multi-stakeholder environments with distributed teams
- Comfortable operating between business and IT delivery
- Exposure to IT operations across application and infrastructure support
