Talencia is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead and support the delivery of financial application projects within a dynamic IT environment. This role combines project management (approx. 60%) with process analysis and documentation (approx. 40%), requiring a pragmatic and hands-on professional.

Key responsibilities
Project management: Lead and coordinate application implementation projects Manage scope, risks, budget, and planning Collaborate closely with supplier-side Project Managers Facilitate workshops and stakeholder alignment Provide clear and concise status reporting Process & documentation: Support the documentation and improvement of: Business processes IT service processes Security and compliance practices Work closely with Business Analysts and Solution Architects Contribute to increasing documentation maturity post-audit Environment: Financial systems (ERP or similar) Technologies may include: SAP Microsoft Dynamics Adfinity Collaboration with internal teams and external partners
Your profile
Must-have: 10+ years of experience in Project Management Native Dutch speaker with good English Experience in financial systems or accounting-related projects Strong understanding of IT project delivery Nice-to-have: Experience with SharePoint or collaboration platforms Background in Business Analysis or Functional Analysis Experience in system implementation or migration projects Soft
skills:
