**About dualoop**

dualoop is a Brussels-based consultancy specialising in product management and product-led transformation. Founded in 2021, we help organisations build products that matter and teams that deliver.

We work exclusively with companies where technology is central to the business — startups, scale-ups, and enterprises undergoing digital transformation. Our clients include Elia, Partenamut, N-SIDE, Intigriti, Keytrade Bank, and organisations across health tech, energy, insurance, and fintech in Belgium and Europe.

- Shape product organisations (structure, governance, operating models)
- Empower teams through coaching and training
- Build & support our clients strategy exercises
- Staff engagements with experienced product consultants

The firm has grown from 0 to 25 people since 2021 (~25% CAGR). We also run a venture fund investing in early-stage startups and host regular product management training in Brussels.

**The role**

You’ll work directly with dualoop’s leadership on select consulting missions: operating model transformations or strategy engagements.

One week you’ll map how a utility company should restructure its product organisation. The next you’ll synthesise market research for a health insurer’s innovation strategy.

Real responsibility from day one: you’ll help shape some of the core decisions of our clients.

**Responsibilities**

*Client delivery*

- Structure ambiguous problems into workable analyses
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and expert calls
- Build benchmarks, assessments, and market analyses
- Synthesise findings into actionable recommendations
- Co-facilitate client workshops with partners
- Draft deliverables: strategic memos, operating model blueprints, roadmaps

*Practice building*

- Contribute to reusable frameworks and methodologies
- Support proposal development and engagement scoping

**Profile**

*Required experience*

- Master’s degree in engineering or business engineering (graduated within 12 months)
- Internship or academic project experience in consulting, product, strategy, or technology is a plus

*Education*

- Advanced degree in engineering, business engineering, or related field from a leading Belgian or European university

*Languages*

- English and either French or Dutch

- Analytical rigour: comfortable with data, Excel, and quantitative reasoning
- Clear communication: writes concisely, presents without jargon

**What does success look like in year one**

- Contribute meaningfully to 3–4 client engagements
- Own at least one workstream end-to-end with minimal supervision

- Demonstrate readiness for increased responsibility on subsequent projects
