**Job Description**
For our Belgian HQ Finance Department located in Oudenaarde, we are currently looking for an enthusiastic Finance Transformation Manager.


The Finance Transformation manager will drive the modernization of finance processes, systems, and capabilities in alignment with our SAP S/4HANA implementation and broader digital strategy. This role will act as the bridge between Finance, IT and external partners to ensure successful delivery of automation, analytics and process excellence initiatives.


The applicant will be reporting to the VP Finance and CFO Europe.


**Key Responsibilities**

- Lead the finance transformation roadmap, including automation, analytics, and process redesign.
- Act as Finance’ representative in the S/4 HANA program, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Identify and prioritize automation and digital use cases (e.g. RPA).
- Collaborate with IT, data teams and external consultants to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Drive process standardization and documentation across finance functions.
- Support change management, training and communication.

**Applicants Should Ideally Have Or Be**

- +5 years of experience in finance, transformation or consulting roles
- A strong understanding of finance processes
- Experience with SAP (preferable S/4HANA) and/or automation tools
- Project management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- A hands-on, problem-solving mindset and be a strategic thinker.
- Multilingual with proficiency in English and Dutch.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
