**Your position on the team**

As a
**Supply Chain / Operations Assistant**
, you’ll play a key administrative role in our day-to-day operations.

You’ll support the team in processing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and maintaining accurate data in our systems. Thanks to your precision and coordination, everything runs smoothly — from order creation to arrival in the warehouse.

**Your main responsibilities include:**

- Creating and following up purchase orders (POs)
- Supporting order processing and shipment documentation
- Communicating with suppliers regarding deliveries and paperwork
- Checking order confirmations and shipping details
- Monitoring stock levels and delivery timelines
- Providing administrative support to other operations teams (transport, customs, warehouse, planning)
- Contributing to process improvements within the supply chain and order flow

You’ll work closely with colleagues in transport, customer service, and master data, and report to the
**Operations Manager / Team Lead**
.

**Your strengths**

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1–3 years’ experience in an
**administrative supply chain**
, logistics, operations role
- Excellent knowledge of
**Microsoft Excel**
and confident working with
**Microsoft 365**
(Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.)
- Structured, accurate, and eager to learn
- Strong communication skills (English required – additional languages are a plus)
- Experience with
**SAP Business One**
is an advantage
- Affinity with sports or sporting goods is a plus
