Role Description

TSC, a communication agency active in the field of PR, influence marketing and digital strategy, is looking for a Communication Analyst. The Communication Analyst will assist a Communication Strategist for the management of a dedicated lifestyle and corporate client portfolio.

Job description in details:

PR/INFLUENCER/DIGITAL

- Preparation and realization of press kits,
- Preparation and execution of thematic mailings via Prezly
- Management of the database of journalists and influencers
- Attendance to press meetings and press days,
- Follow-up on journalist contacts and editorial themes,
- Preparation of the press days held in November and April of each year,
- Management and planning of internal and client events with the Communication Strategist,
- Management of couriers for the different shipments,
- Management and order of customer inventory,
- Coordination of translations with subcontractors,
- Reservation of trains, planes, hotels for the press trips
- Follow-up on the showroom for clients with the showroom manager
- Coordination of Auxipress, follow-up on publications, reportings, competitive analysis
- Coordination of press/influence unboxing from A to Z
- Management of contracts with influencers and ambassadors

YOUR PROFILE

- You have experience in PR / media as an internal or agency press officer
- You enjoy team working, and know how to manage individual deadlines
- You are keen to discover the latest developments in your profession, and to support the future of the press and media
- You are familiar with the on-, and offline media environments, and with the context of influencers
- You find it easy to make contact with people, and like to be in touch with the press and clients
- You are open-minded, flexible, creative, proactive, and a self-starter in your approach to work, and eager to support an operation that is in the process of full development
- You are well-organised, resilient to stress, and capable of managing several different activities alongside each other in any given day (no two days are alike)
- You are capable of drafting ideas for 360° communication plans based on brand marketing strategies.
- You have a particularly good eye for details
- You are comfortable with significant administrative monitoring
- You are completely bilingual in NL/FR (English would be a bonus)

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate communication strategies and their impact effectively.
- Proficiency in Communication, including written and verbal skills, to deliver clear and impactful messaging.
- Expertise in Internal Communications and Corporate Communications, ensuring consistency and alignment with organizational goals.
- Ability to develop and execute Strategic Communications to support organizational objectives.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
- Familiarity with digital tools and platforms used in communication and analytics is an advantage.
- Relevant educational background, such as a degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
