**A day in the life of an HR Communication intern**

- You’ll contribute to the development and delivery of internal communications campaigns and initiatives related to HR topics. Sometimes targeting more than 5000 people.
- You’ll sharpen your copywriting skills: you’ll write for the intranet, the HR newsletter, ING Belgium’s LinkedIn account and create copy for Employer Branding social media ads.
- You’ll analyse the impact of communication campaigns.

- You are a Bachelor or Master student in Communications, Marketing or Modern Languages
- You are interested in people topics and enjoy diving into subjects like workplace culture, employee wellbeing, and human connection, always eager to make a positive difference
- You speak French and/or Dutch and are fluent in English
- You have excellent writing skills, are organized, creative and a real team player

**As an HR Communication Intern, you will have the opportunity to:**

- Get a hands-on experience of HR Communication and Employer Branding in a fast-paced and varied environment.
- The tasks/projects you might work on include (among others):
- Coordinating an internal newsletter
- Copywriting internal news articles and organic/paid LinkedIn posts
- Supporting in the development of internal and external communication projects and campaigns
- Analyzing communication performances

**The team**
You’ll join a close-knit HR Communication team, where 5 creative minds collaborate to shape impactful campaigns across a wide spectrum of HR topics; from learning and wellbeing to rewards and recognition, and everything in between.


In addition to internal communication, the team is also in charge of Employer Branding and (co)manages ING Belgium’s LinkedIn account, career website and the launch of standout Employer Branding campaigns that attract top talent and showcase our vibrant culture.


In a nutshell: you’ll immerse yourself in the dynamic world of internal and external HR communications, collaborating with passionate professionals who are eager to mentor you. - Vous contribuez à la création et à la mise en œuvre de campagnes et d’initiatives de communication interne liées aux sujets RH, parfois destinées à plus de 5 000 collaborateurs.
- Vous mettez en pratique vos compétences rédactionnelles : articles pour l’intranet, newsletter RH, publications sur le compte LinkedIn d’ING Belgique et contenus pour des campagnes d’Employer Branding sur les réseaux sociaux.
- Vous analysez l’impact des campagnes de communication.

- Vous êtes étudiant·e en Bachelier ou Master en Communication, Marketing ou Langues Modernes.
- Vous vous intéressez aux sujets RH et aimez explorer des thèmes tels que la culture d’entreprise, le bien-être des employés et la connexion humaine.
- Vous parlez français et/ou néerlandais et maîtrisez l’anglais.
- Vous avez d’excellentes compétences rédactionnelles, êtes organisé·e, créatif·ve et aimez travailler en équipe.

**En tant que Stagiaire en Communication RH, vous aurez l’opportunité de :**

- Acquérir une expérience concrète en Communication et Employer Branding dans un environnement dynamique et varié.
- Participer à des projets tels que :
- Coordination d’une newsletter interne
- Rédaction d’articles internes et de posts LinkedIn (organiques et sponsorisés)
- Soutien au développement de projets et de campagnes de communication interne et externe
- Analyse des performances des campagnes

Vous rejoindrez une équipe de communication soudée composée de 5 esprits créatifs qui collaborent pour concevoir des campagnes impactantes sur une large gamme de sujets RH : apprentissage, bien-être, bénéfices, et bien plus encore.


En plus de la communication interne, l’équipe gère l’Employer Branding, le compte LinkedIn d’ING Belgique, le site carrière et le lancement de campagnes attractives qui mettent en valeur notre culture dynamique.

- Je spreekt Frans en/of Nederlands en bent vloeiend in Engels

**Mogelijke Taken/projecten**

- Coördineren van een interne nieuwsbrief
- Copywriting van interne nieuwsartikelen en organische/betaalde LinkedIn-posts
- Meewerken aan de migratie van het HR-intranet
- Ondersteunen bij de ontwikkeling van interne en externe campagnes
- Analyseren van communicatieresultaten

Je sluit aan bij een hecht HR Communicatieteam, waar 5 creatieve geesten samenwerken om impactvolle campagnes te creëren rond een breed scala aan HR-thema’s: van leren en welzijn tot verloningen en erkenning, en alles daartussen.


Naast interne communicatie is het team ook verantwoordelijk voor Employer Branding en (co)beheert het LinkedIn-account van ING België, de carrièrewebsite en de lancering van onderscheidende Employer Branding-campagnes die toptalent aantrekken en onze levendige cultuur in de kijker zetten.
