Als Product Manager Leven speel je een sleutelrol in de ontwikkeling van de productstrategie van het bedrijf. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het creëren van nieuwe producten en diensten en het vernieuwen van het bestaande aanbod. Je analyseert de marktomgeving voor levensverzekeringen, identificeert nieuwe kansen en bedenkt en implementeert het product- en dienstenaanbod in overeenstemming met de wetgeving, de marktomstandigheden en de strategie van het bedrijf.
- Je volgt de markttrends in levensverzekeringen en aanvullende pensioenen, onze concurrentiepositie en formuleert innovatieve voorstellen voor nieuwe producten en diensten.
- Je volgt de Europese en Belgische ontwikkelingen op het vlak van wet- en regelgeving op in samenwerking met ons Tax & Legal Advisors team en zorgt ervoor dat ons aanbod hieraan voldoet.
- Je voert diepgaande strategische studies uit om markt- en productietrends te analyseren en te begrijpen, terwijl je regelmatig de tevredenheid en loyaliteit van klanten evalueert.
- Als projectmanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de end-to-end implementatie van nieuwe producten en de vernieuwing van ons bestaande aanbod, en bevorder je de samenwerking tussen de verschillende belanghebbenden (pricing, beheerders, IT, sales, compliance, claims en acceptatie, enz.).
- Je ontwikkelt een solide netwerk van contacten binnen de P&V Groep en in de markt om je te ondersteunen in je rol.
- Je ontwikkelt de communicatiestrategie voor makelaars, agenten, klanten en verzekerden over producten en productontwikkelingen.
- Je ontwikkelt en verzorgt trainingen over producten en productontwikkelingen voor de beheerders en de verkoopteams.
- Je neemt deel aan werkgroepen van Assuralia op jouw vakgebied.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van spaar- en beleggingsproducten evenals van de aanvullende waarborgen (Overlijden, Ongeschiktheid en gewaarborgd inkomen,enz.) , en interesse in aanvullende pensioenproducten.
- Je hebt een masterdiploma economie, verzekeringen of rechten (of gelijkwaardig) en/of werkervaring in levensverzekeringen of aanvullende pensioenen.
- Je bent analytisch, nauwkeurig en hebt het vermogen om abstracte ideeën om te zetten in concrete acties.
- Je neemt graag initiatief, werkt graag zelfstandig en weet een project tot een goed einde te brengen.
- Je werkt graag in teamverband en samenwerking en vertrouwen zijn essentiële waarden voor jou.
- Je bent een uitstekende communicator, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, in het Nederlands of Frans, en hebt een goede kennis van de andere taal. Engels is een troef.
