About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Portfolio Manager EMEA to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing the Metagenics portfolio strategy in the EMEA region, maintaining the product portfolio down to SKU level for each market based on brand architecture, RGM analyses, and necessary changes in regulations, compliance, and production & supply requirements.

What you’ll do:

  • Optimize product range based on brand architecture, potential, regulations, compliance, and production/supply needs.
  • Collaborate with design agencies, regulatory, procurement, and EMEA markets for packaging layout and modifications.
  • Manage the artwork process, including proposals, follow-up, and optimization.
  • Oversee PIM software for all EMEA markets.
  • Provide recommendations for claims storming and management.
  • Analyze sales, prices, and margins of own portfolio and competition.

Responsibilities:

  • Optimize the PCR process with relevant departments.
  • Manage packaging targets and executions.
  • Communicate with EMEA markets and customer service.
  • Support key AOP initiatives with EMEA marketing teams.
  • Translate AOP plans into the PCR process for EMEA markets.
  • Provide market and competitive analyses for NPD/EPD projects.

What you’ll need:

  • A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in product management, portfolio management, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
