Director Asset Management - High-End Ontwikkelaar
Als kapitaalkrachtige ontwikkelaar van hoogstaande projecten, zijn ze al 30 jaar bekend binnen het Antwerpse en nu ook internationaal. Functie
Director Asset Management - High-End Ontwikkelaar
- Financieel beheer : Zorgt voor de rendabiliteit van het vastgoed door financiële prestaties te monitoren en te optimaliseren.
- Duurzaamheid : Werkt aan verduurzaming van gebouwen om aan milieu- en energienormen te voldoen.
- Risicomanagement : Identificeert, analyseert en beheert risico's op financieel, bouwtechnisch en maatschappelijk vlak.
- Onderhoud en renovatie : Plant en superviseert onderhoudsprojecten en renovaties om de kwaliteit en waarde van het vastgoed te behouden.
- Kostenanalyse : Maakt kostencalculaties en optimaliseert de uitgaven om de efficiëntie te verbeteren.
- Maatschappelijke meerwaarde : Integreert maatschappelijke en sociale doelen van de vastgoedorganisatie in de beheersplannen.
- Gebruiksvriendelijkheid : Zorgt voor optimaal gebruik van gebouwen door rekening te houden met de behoeften van bewoners of gebruikers.
- Complexplannen uitvoeren : Maakt de vertaalslag van strategisch portefeuillebeleid naar de operationele uitvoering van plannen voor specifieke vastgoedcomplexen.
- Stakeholder management : Werkt samen met interne en externe stakeholders zoals huurders, aannemers, en gemeenten.
- Prestaties evalueren : Analyseert de prestaties van vastgoed op lange termijn en stuurt bij waar nodig.

- Bachelor diploma
- Degelijke ervaring bij een ontwikkelaar die best complexe projecten heeft gehanteerd
- Nederlands, Frans is plus
- Organisatorische skills
- Teamplayer
