  • Met jouw expertise analyseer en optimaliseer je bestaande Reward & Payroll processen (Fleet, cafetariaplan, verzekeringen, vrijstellingen doorstorting BV, benchmarkoefeningen, tijdsregistratie, etc.) en rol je tevens nieuwe processen mee uit. Je zit ook regelmatig samen met onze externe partners om optimalisaties te bekijken.
  • Je analyseert bestaande policies en flows en doet pro-actief verbetervoorstellen.
  • Je neemt het projectmanagement van verschillende Reward en/of Payroll-projecten voor jouw rekening.
  • Je volgt de sociale en fiscale wetgeving nauwgezet op en zorgt dat de wijzigingen correct gecommuniceerd & ge mplementeerd worden.
  • Samen met het Payroll-team zorg je voor een efficiënte kennisdeling over ontwikkelingen op het vlak van Reward & Payroll. Dit doe je zowel voor HR-collega's, leidinggevenden als andere stakeholders.
  • Je waakt mee over de uniformiteit van de verschillende systemen, rapporteringen en documentatie over de verschillende sites heen.
  • Je rapporteert aan de Compensation & Benefits Manager en werkt nauw samen met het Payroll-team & HRIS-team.

  • Je genoot een Master-opleiding en kan terugblikken op minimum 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen Payroll & Reward.
  • Je bent hands-on en proactief ingesteld.
  • Je bent service-minded en denkt steeds oplossingsgericht, zowel op korte als lange termijn. Opgeven staat niet in je woordenboek
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld, denkt graag out of the box en initieert verbetervoorstellen.
  • Je bent bestand tegen een gezonde dosis stress, weet de juiste prioriteiten te stellen en kan flexibel omgaan met veranderingen.
  • Je hebt een goeie kennis van de sociale wetgeving en arbeidsrecht.
  • Je hebt ervaring met HRIS systemen en bent een krak in Excel.
  • Je hebt een goede communicatiestijl naar verschillende stakeholders, dit zowel in het Nederlands, Frans als Engels.
  • Je werkt vanuit het hoofdkantoor te Wielsbeke en bent bereid om je regelmatig te verplaatsen naar de andere sites.
