IT Technician SIAMU


Paradigm is de instelling van openbaar nut die verantwoordelijk is voor de digitalisering van het Brussels Hoofdstedelijk Gewest. Wij ondersteunen onze klanten - de Brusselse openbare instellingen - in hun digitale transitie. Werken voor Paradigm betekent een reële impact hebben op het dagelijkse leven van de Brusselaars.

Als IT-technicus kom je te werken bij ons lid, DBDMH, waar je deel uitmaakt van het IT-team.

De Brusselse Hoofdstedelijke Dienst voor Brandweer en Dringende Medische Hulp komt tussen bij brand en coördineert de dringende medische hulp in het Brussels Hoofdstedelijk Gewest. Daarnaast doet de dienst ook aan brandpreventie en opleiding en zorgt hij voor de veligheid van de inwoners van het Brussels Gewest.

Jouw bijdrage, jouw taken:
In deze functie zijn je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je werkt samen met andere IT Technicians en IS Engineers in de ondersteuning en implementatie van het infrastructuurpark en infrastructuur projecten binnen IT,
  • Je werkt eveneens rechtstreeks samen met de diverse andere operationele lijnen van de DBDMH
  • Je geeft ondersteuning in 1e en 2e lijn aan gebruikers volgens de ITIL methodologie,
  • Je volgt incidenten en problemen van gebruikers op via telefoon, email of webservice,
  • Je communiceert vlot en duidelijk in de taal van de gebruiker (FR/NL),
  • Je voert installaties, configuraties en diagnoses van de incidenten uit,
  • Je neemt deel aan de verbetering van de kwaliteit door regelmatig opduikende incidenten en je past de bestaande documentatie aan,
  • Je voert installaties en configuraties uit op mobiele apparatuur zoals laptops, smartphones en tablets,
  • Je neemt deel aan de inventarisatie van de voorraad en de opvolging van bestellingen van nieuw materiaal,
  • Je staat open om kleine verplaatsingen te doen in de verschillende kazernes van Brussel,
  • Je geeft eveneens support op gebied van IT projecten.

Deze functie staat niet open voor freelancers, consultancy- of wervingsbureaus.


Je ervaring en competenties:

  • Je bent goed tweetalig FR/NL
  • Je hebt minimum een IT Technician opleiding genoten en ten minste 2 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke rol,
  • Je beschikt over technische kennis van OS (Windows 11, Android en IOS)
  • Je hebt goeie kennis over Microsoft support systemen,
  • Je bent klant- en oplossingsgericht,
  • Je bent goed georganiseerd en je werkt nauwkeurig en nauwgezet,
  • Je neemt initiatieven en je kan prioriteiten stellen
  • Je communiceert vlot, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk in beide landstalen,
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar bent ook een goede teamplayer in een multi-clients en multi-technologie omgeving.
