Om ons departement Operations te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een BIM Coordinator voor de zone Cargo & Landside.
Als BIM Coordinator zorg jij voor de lijm tussen verschillende interne departementen (build/run) en de BIM Modelers. Jij weet wat er leeft, welke projecten er in voorbereiding of in uitvoering zijn en hoe we data moeten absorberen binnen Brussels Airport Company.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de uitwerking, de tekening en de controle van asset informatie gedurende de complete project life cycle.
- Je bent de eerste contactpersoon voor interne en externe stakeholders. Zowel interne collega's als leveranciers (zoals studiebureaus, aannemers) kunnen bij jou terecht.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren en beheren van vergunningsaanvragen, kadastrale registraties, eigendomsanalyses en gebouwnummering binnen de organisatie. Je fungeert tevens als aanspreekpunt voor zowel interne als externe vragen over eigendommen en beheert het KLIP-systeem voor werkzaamheden op het grondgebied.
- Jij bent de expert binnen je vakgebied. Daardoor ben je in staat om te beoordelen hoe nieuwe ontwikkelingen kunnen vertaald worden naar onze organisatie.
- Jij bent de sturende kracht van een team van 2 tot 4 gedreven BIM Modelers. Je weet hen te inspireren, aan te moedigen en te verenigen in het streven naar een gemeenschappelijke visie en doel.
- In je bagage: een aantal jaren relevante werkervaring in een coördinerende functie in een operationeel technische omgeving, aangevuld met een bachelor diploma in bouw, architectuur of engineering.
- Deze ervaring kan je aanvullen met kennis van pre-kadastraties, patrimoniumbeheer en vergunningen.
- Tools zoals AutoCAD, BIM en Revit hebben geen geheimen voor jou.
- Je weet steeds een helicopterview te behouden, ondanks een wisselende workload en een uitdagende projectplanning.
- Hands on, proactief, zin voor initiatief, procesgericht en communicatief sterk zijn kernwoorden die jou omschrijven.
- Je houdt ervan om vele contacten te hebben binnen je job. Dit doe je in het Nederlands of het Frans. Je kan de andere taal wel goed begrijpen. Ook in het Engels kan je goed je plan trekken.
