  • Je vertaalt onze business strategie, in het domein van Sales, in applicatie oplossingen door middel van configuratie van Salesforce en andere centraal beheerde applicaties.
  • Je gaat actief in dialoog met interne en externe partners om binnen het ICT-Applications team oplossingen op te zetten en aan te reiken, zowel in bestaande als in mogelijks nieuw uit te rollen applicaties.
  • Je bent gedreven om in de business van Agristo te staan om zo gebruiksvriendelijke applicatie oplossingen maximaal te kunnen realiseren.
  • Je leidt zelfstandig projecten en biedt ondersteuning bij andere projecten binnen het ICT-Applications team, altijd in nauwe samenwerking met Sales, Customer Service en Marketing.
  • Je inspireert door het verkennen van mogelijkheden binnen ons applicatie landschap binnen jouw domein, waarrond je afstemt met de Solution Architect.
  • Je blijft jezelf bijscholen via interne knowledge sharing, trainings,…
  • Je bouwt actief mee aan de toekomst binnen Agristo door toekomstgerichte oplossingen te bieden en je schouders te zetten onder innovatieve projecten.

  • Je hebt een Master diploma op zak, waardoor je vanuit een helikopterview snel inzicht in businessprocessen verwerft.
  • Je hebt een 5-tal jaar ervarig in Salesforce, modules Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud. Ervaring in SAP is een extra troef.
  • Je hebt een passie voor Sales proces en strategie optimalisatie en hebt reeds een 10-tal jaar ervaring binnen dit domein.
  • Je bent een geboren projectleider die houdt van multi-tasking. Je verliest een optimaal resultaat voor de (interne) eindklant nooit uit het oog.
  • Je bent hands-on en denkt in oplossingen en uitdagingen.
  • Met je open en vlotte communicatiestijl win je snel vertrouwen bij de interne klant, alsook bij externe partners. Je gedrevenheid leidt tot vlotte initiatieven en successen.
  • Door je nieuwsgierigheid breng je inspirerende applicatie mogelijkheden en leveranciers binnen en creëer je zo nog meer business value.
  • Je hebt oog voor de toekomst en wil mee innovatie omarmen.
