Voor onze klant, regio Waregem, zijn wij dankzij hun groei op zoek naar System Engineer.

Actief op de financiële markt zijn zij reeds 70 jaar een standvaste speler. Door middel van loyale klanten, continuïteit in service en aanbieding van oplossingen op maat blijven zij een waardige speler op de markt.

Functieomschrijving

Taken:

  • Je fungeert als primaire contactpersoon voor een tal van voorkomende vragen binnen IT.
  • Daarnaast neem jij de beslissingsrecht op jouw over welke incidenten je prioriteit moet geven in het belang van het bedrijf.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het installeren, onderhouden en controleren van heel het ICT infrastructuurpark, Dit voor zowel hard- als software.
  • Bovendien zal je een rechtsreeks sparringspartner zijn van de IT Teamleader, samen met hem en de rest van jouw team breng je vernieuwing en verbetering aan.
  • Tot slot ga je te werk in verschillende virtuele servers, zorg je voor een correcte aanpassingen binnen de routers en switches, constante update van alle gebruikte systemen.
Profiel

Profiel:

  • Je hebt op zijn minst 5 jaar relevante ervaring als support engineer en bent klaar om de volgende stap te zetten.
  • Kennis van volgende zaken is een must: AD, O365, Sharepoint, servers, TCP/IP, DHP, VMware, Veeam, ticketing,...
  • Je bent analytisch en kritisch, gestructureerd en communicatief.
  • Als IT'er moet je constant bijblijven met de nieuwste technologieën, je stelt je dus leergierig op.
