Hiervoor schakelen wij specialisten in uit de 5 domeinen van de wet op het welzijn. Deze domeinen zijn: arbeidsveiligheid, gezondheid, ergonomie, arbeidshygiëne, psychosociale aspecten van het werk.
Cohezio telt momenteel 550 medewerkers en is ISO 9001:2015 gecertificeerd.
Momenteel zijn we op zoek naar een Associate Technical Risk Manager (Preventieadviseur Niveau I) voor de regio Brussel. Functieomschrijving De functie van Associate Technical Risk Manager is tweeledig. Enerzijds ondersteun je de Risk Manager bij het aansturen van het team van preventieadviseurs gespecialiseerd in arbeidsveiligheid, ergonomie en arbeidshygiëne en ben je de back up van de Risk Manager. Je treedt op als vakdeskundige op technisch gebied en wordt de expert van de informaticatools die door deze technische preventieadviseurs worden gebruikt.
Anderzijds ondersteun je als Preventieadviseur Niveau I Arbeidsveiligheid onze klanten bij de uitwerking, ontwikkeling en instandhouding van een efficiënt preventiebeleid op het vlak van arbeidsveiligheid.
Concreet:
- Je doet bedrijfsbezoeken, analyseert werkposten en stelt de nodige maatregelen voor om risico’s te vermijden en te verminderen.
- Je doet risicoanalyses en maakt globale preventieplannen en jaaractieplannen op
- Je analyseert op vraag van de klant klachten of veiligheidsproblemen
- Je voert specifieke adviesopdrachten uit (bijv. helpen bij de technische veiligheidscontrole, indienststelling van nieuwe installaties, ondersteunen bij nieuwe veiligheidsnormen, …); je staat in voor de planning en uitvoering van technische interventies in overleg met de klant en de collega’s binnen ons technisch departement; je zorgt voor de opmaak van een kwaliteitsvol activiteitenverslag voor de klant en de administratieve follow-up ter afsluiting van de interventie.
- Je onderzoekt arbeidsongevallen.
- Je geeft opleiding en vorming aan de klant en zijn medewerkers.
- Op vraag van de klant neem je deel aan CPBW’s.
- Je beschikt over een diploma Master Ingenieur of Industrieel Ingenieur aangevuld met een diploma Preventieadviseur Niveau I.
- Je kan terugblikken op een aantal jaren relevante ervaring.
- Je weet je te onderscheiden door jouw gedrevenheid, verantwoordelijkheidszin en zin voor organisatie.
- Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden zowel in het Nederlands als in het Frans en je vult deze aan met een klantgerichte houding.
- Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B en bent bereid je te verplaatsen naar onze klanten binnen de regio Brussel.
- Je komt terecht bij één van de grootste externe diensten voor preventie en bescherming op het werk in België.
