NTT Data is currently looking for a Scrum Master for a public company in Brussels. This role can be performed hybrid between the office and homeworking.
Role
The team is looking for a Scrum Master to help it mature. The primary focus is on individuals and interactions to enable greater collaboration between team members and with stakeholders. This includes guidance on the roles and responsibilities of the team, the product owner and the stakeholders.
The second focus is to give meaning to the work carried out by the team, create focus and set up a motivating working environment. This part of the mission will be carried out in collaboration with another team to clarify the areas of each team in order to co-create coherence
.
We're looking for someone who will also be active in the Scrum Masters Community of Practice to share experiences, contribute to peer coaching and improve in their role.
The candidate will need to demonstrate at least 5 years' successful experience in the role of Scrum Master and at least 7 years in IT. He/she is a certified Professional Scrum Master and has Agile Team Coaching certification. He has recent, proven experience in developing an Agile community within an organisation.
Tasks
understanding the company vision
communicating the company vision to the team
identifying opportunities
setting and communicating objectives
encouraging the project team to do their best to achieve the plan.
You work with the Product Owner, the stakeholders and your team to prepare the planning and demonstration of the sprint. To do this, you will work with your team to develop:
the sprint objectives
the user stories
the deliverables
You will help to deliver quality software by
identifying and validating acceptance criteria
coordinating with other teams
ensuring that the appropriate metrics (progress, quality, etc.) are measured, disseminated and understood by the team and the business
by the team and the business
taking appropriate action when problems arise
You will support the customer in change management and the roll-out of new functionality by :
Obtaining user feedback (forms / metrics / analytics, etc.)
communicating (training / webinar / in-app onboarding)
Languages
Active knowledge of Dutch, French and English
