Hays - Security Architect

As Security Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust security systems across IT platforms and applications. Your mission includesDeveloping and maintaining security policies and proceduresDesigning zero-trust security architectures and secure systemsLeading vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, and security auditsManaging cloud and network security, identity and access managementPerforming threat analysis and ensuring compliance with ISO/IEC 27001 standardsSupporting project teams in addressing cybersecurity requirements for clientsThis role requires close collaboration with software development and IT teams to ensure security best practices are Embedded throughout the organization. Your profile To succeed in this position, you should have:Fluency in English, French is an assetA degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or equivalentMinimum 3 years of experience in cybersecurity architecture or related rolesStrong knowledge of ISO 27001/27002 frameworks, secure coding practices, and OWASP guidelinesExpertise in network security, encryption standards, and authentication protocolsFamiliarity with IoT and industrial networking conceptsRelevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CSSLP, or CompTIA Security+Ability to work autonomously in a small, fast-paced team and a proactive mindset What you'll get in return You will join an innovative scale-up with an international outlook and strong growth ambitions.
