  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de aardappel- en pootgoedbehoeften op middellange en lange termijn perfect worden afgestemd, zowel qua volumes als variëteiten. Je bevraagt de juiste stakeholders, stelt een overlegstructuur op en levert proactief prognoses en inzichten om de productie beter af te stemmen op de beschikbare grondstoffen.
  • Je bent een strategische denker met een passie voor optimalisatie en innovatie. Je analyseert de Agro business flows, identificeert pijnpunten en verbetermogelijkheden, en doet projectvoorstellen om Agro future-proof te maken.
  • Je zet processen op voor de opvolging van contracten, analyseert gegevens (telersegmentatie, rassenspreiding en dergelijke) en trekt conclusies ten opzichte van individuele telers. Zo verzamel je inzichten op basis van de lange termijn strategie, ontwikkel je rapporten en vertaal je deze naar dashboards om managementbeslissingen te ondersteunen.
  • Je volgt individuele doelstellingen en prestaties van de Agro Account Managers op, zodat je mismatches tussen beschikbare volumes en productienoden kunt identificeren en bijsturing mogelijk maakt.
  • Je blijft voortdurend op de hoogte van de laatste evoluties en ontwikkelingen in jouw expertisedomein. Je levert ideeën voor ondersteunende systemen en tools, vertegenwoordigt het Agro business team in projecten, valideert tools en ondersteunt bij opleidingen. Zo zorg je ervoor dat het team beschikt over gebruiksvriendelijke en efficiënte toepassingen.

  • Na je Master opleiding – of gelijkwaardig door ervaring – ben je klaar voor een commercieel-technische uitdaging binnen de agro-sector.
  • Je voelt je vertrouwd in het landbouwmilieu en hebt interesse om je te verdiepen in de aardappelsector.
  • Je bent een hands-on initiatiefnemer met een uitgesproken overtuigingskracht die ook graag analytisch en kritisch te werk gaat.
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer, maar tegelijk ook perfect in staat om je job zelfstandig uit te oefenen.
  • Je werkt georganiseerd en gestructureerd waarbij je je dossiers stipt en accuraat opvolgt. Hiervoor maak je gebruik van digitale ondersteuningstools.
  • Je deinst niet terug voor het strategische en cijfermatige aspect van de job.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Frans.
