Als innovatieve speler in de voedselindustrie willen we maximaal inzetten op digitalisatie en innovatie, data is daar een fundamenteel onderdeel van. Jij krijgt de kans je stempel te drukken binnen Agristo tijdens dit avontuur in de wereld van data platformen, analytics en Artificiële intelligentie.

  • Je wordt een belangrijke schakel in ons proces om meer data driven te zijn. We willen business processen nog meer ondersteunen met Data & Analytics om de groeistrategie optimaal uit te kunnen voeren.
  • Je treedt op als engineer voor het data platform en beheert verschillende componenten: het Data Lakehouse, Azure Data Factory, Databricks en Azure IoT Hub.
  • Je analyseert business requirements & denkt na over bruikbare data modellen die opgemaakt kunnen worden.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het bouwen, testen en onderhouden van data pipelines & data modellen.
  • Je zal expertise opbouwen over je toegewezen business domeinen (bv. Operations, Finance, …)
  • Je werkt nauw samen met onze BI specialisten en data scientists die data gaan omzetten in dataproducten. Nieuwe business requirements worden samen bekeken en van daaruit wordt een plan van aanpak opgemaakt waarbij ieder zijn verantwoordelijkheden opneemt.
  • Voor ondersteuning, training & coaching kan je rekenen op onze externe partners die Agristo bijstaan in de opbouw van ons data platform.
  • Bij opstart wordt je ondergedompeld in onze processen en systemen. Je zal ook aangemoedigd worden om te blijven leren, zowel op technologisch vlak als persoonlijk vlak.

Als Data Engineer kom je terecht in het Data & Analytics team dat onder ICT fungeert als centraal punt voor alles omtrent data in al zijn vormen. Van Business Intelligence tot AI, van Master Data Governance tot Machine Learning.


  • Je hebt een sterke interesse of ervaring met datalakehousing concepten en het opzetten van data pipelines
  • Ervaring met Microsoft Azure data componenten, DataBricks, SQL/Python of misschien zelfs kennis van zaken zoals API's en MQTT zou top zijn.
  • Je houdt van autonomie en initiatief nemen schrikt je niet af.
  • Je hebt een passie voor data, technologie en innovatie
  • Je bent zeer ge nteresseerd in onze productie- & bedrijfsprocessen
  • Met je open en vlotte communicatiestijl kan je jezelf goed uitdrukken of informatie inwinnen.
  • Je hebt een kritisch, analytisch & logisch denkvermogen.
  • Je kan je professioneel uitdrukken in het Nederlands & Engels.
  • Je bent een hands-on teamplayer en beschikt over een gezonde dosis flexibiliteit wat je toelaat om op de verschillende vestigingen een actieve rol te spelen.
  • En bovenal, je eet graag frietjes.
