Je bent verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Data-analyse: Je verdiept je in complexe datasets om de prestaties van onze S&OP-processen te monitoren en te verbeteren. Je vertaalt deze data naar duidelijke inzichten die de besluitvorming sturen.
  • Procesoptimalisatie: Je identificeert knelpunten in bestaande processen en implementeert efficiënte oplossingen. Je ontwerpt en onderhoudt workflows en tools om de operationele prestaties te verhogen.
  • Datavisualisatie: Je creëert overzichtelijke dashboards en rapporten in Tableau om de complexiteit van data te vereenvoudigen. Je zorgt ervoor dat de juiste informatie beschikbaar is voor de juiste mensen op het juiste moment.
  • Samenwerking: Je werkt nauw samen met diverse stakeholders ervoor te zorgen dat onze S&OP-processen naadloos aansluiten op de behoeften van de organisatie.

  • Je hebt een masterdiploma in een relevante richting en minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring.
  • Je bent sterk analytisch, hebt oog voor detail en bent in staat om complexe problemen te ontleden.
  • Je bent een uitstekende communicator en kunt je verhaal op heldere wijze overbrengen aan verschillende doelgroepen.
  • Je werkt graag samen in een team, maar kunt ook zelfstandig aan de slag.
  • Je bent data-driven en hebt ervaring met data-analyse tools zoals Tableau.
  • Je hebt een sterke focus op procesoptimalisatie en bent in staat om efficiënte workflows te ontwerpen.
