They are looking for a Business Analyst within the P&C Corporate Servicing team. With business stakeholders, your role will be to define business requirements (including test cases), monitor IT delivery, and test the functionalities delivered by our development team before handing them over to the business.
Client details
Our client is a leader in the Belgian insurance corporate market, with a complex landscape of processes and applications. They have a P&C Corporate Operations team responsible for providing and supporting the front-end applications that manage corporate contracts (car fleets, workers' compensation, ten-year building guarantees, etc.).
They are looking for a Business Analyst within the P&C Corporate Servicing team. With business stakeholders, your role will be to define business requirements (including test cases), monitor IT delivery, and test the functionalities delivered by our development team before handing them over to the business.
Description
As a Business Analyst within the P&C Corporate Agreements product team, you will be responsible for
Collecting and drafting business requirements. Actively participating in defining requirements by challenging business requests.
Ensuring the maturity of requirements before passing them on to the development team.
Involving the testing team in the requirements phase to prepare test scenarios and/or preparing and performing tests yourself.
Escalating delivery risks in a timely manner and working to resolve defects/issues.
Supporting the smooth transition from application project to maintenance by documenting the application(s).
Technical knowledge of front-end languages and architecture will be an added value to have a comprehensive view of detailed needs.
Profile
Qualifications:
You are fluent in French and English - Dutch is an asset.
You have a minimum of 5 years of experience with similar responsibilities and technical environments.
You hold a Master's degree or equivalent.
You are stress-resistant and results-oriented.
You have a desire to learn and are curious.
Job offer
