Omschrijving

Samenzitten met de business om te luisteren naar hun noden en deze uitwerken, vastleggen en beschrijven van de vereisten in procesbeschrijvingen, informatieanalyse en/of projectdefinitie

Link tussen externe partij en de business en beheren van de kwaliteit van de opgeleverde producten

Uitvoeren van systeem- en functionele testen en het opstellen en aanpassen van testscripts

Ondersteunen van de business in hun testtraject, documentatie bijwerken en de procedures mee opstellen

Onderhoud van bestaande systemen en het leveren van (2e lijns) support

Ondersteuning van de operatie, waar nodig door het oplossen van probleemmeldingen

Meewerken aan projecten, deel uitmaken van een projectgroep

Profiel

Ervaring in een soortgelijke functie of een relevante IT opleiding

Affiniteit met retail

Kennis van SAP is een pré

Kennis van het Nederlands en Engels is een vereiste
