FunctieAls Productie Supervisor geef je samen met een collega-supervisor leiding aan een ploeg van om en bij de 50 medewerkers in de bakkerij- en inpakafdeling van een productieomgeving. Je coördineert de dagelijkse productie en inpakprocessen, inclusief personeelsplanning, productie-planning en werkorganisatie. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van zowel werkprocessen als afgewerkte producten en zorgt ervoor dat zowel rendement als kwaliteit behaald worden. Ongeveer 70% van je tijd ben je aanwezig op de werkvloer om snel te kunnen inspelen op problemen, knelpunten of verbeteringen — je staat dicht bij het team, lost issues op en stuurt bij waar nodig. Daarnaast draag je bij aan projecten rond efficiëntie, kwaliteit, veiligheid en operationele uitmuntendheid. Je bewaakt veiligheidsnormen, stimuleert een correcte werkcultuur en zorgt voor een positieve, ondersteunende werkomgeving. Ook ondersteun je je leidinggevende met administratieve taken, rapportering en personeelsplanning. In samenspraak met de technische dienst werk je aan preventief onderhoud en optimalisaties van installaties en processen. ProfielJe beschikt over minstens een bachelor- of masterdiploma — bij voorkeur in een technische ingenieursrichting of in een voeding/technische context — of je brengt aantoonbare relevante ervaring mee.Je hebt sterke leiderschapscompetenties, goede people-skills, vlotte communicatiestijl, bent stressbestendig en resultaatgericht.Ervaring in een productieomgeving is een plus; je hebt oog voor processen, productkwaliteit, veiligheid, planning, organisatie, machine- en procesbeheer. Kennis of affiniteit met productiebeheerssystemen, kwaliteitssystemen (HACCP is een plus) of productie-organisatie is wenselijk. Je bent organisatorisch sterk, pragmatisch, oplossingsgericht en je deinst er niet voor terug om zelf de handen uit de mouwen te steken.Flexibiliteit is jouw tweede natuur: je bent bereid in 2-ploegen te werken (shift 5u-13u / 13u-21u), en af en toe op zaterdag en/of zondag.Je voelt je thuis op de werkvloer, communiceert vlot met verschillende profielen en bent bereid om – samen met het team – de productie-processen dagelijks te realiseren.
