Sam Interim est à la recherche d'un **Assistant Operations Supervisor.**
Notre client est situé à Quévy et c'est une entreprise familiale qui n'hésite pas à investir dans la formation de son personnel.
En tant qu'**Assistant Operations Supervisor **voici un aperçu des tâches qui vous seront demandées:
- Accompagner le responsable opérationnel du site pour le planning, l'organisation et le bon fonctionnement des activités de production/maintenance.
- Veiller à la réalisation des objectifs du site et participez à l'amélioration continue des performances en termes de productivité, qualité, coût, environnement et sécurité.
- Etre source de propositions d'améliorations du processus tant qu'organisationnel que technique.
- Etre le lien entre la phase de projet et l'impact provoqué sur les activités lors de la mise en service de celui-ci.
- Avoir la responsabilité de suivre les activités de production et de maintenance et d'en rapporter à votre hiérarchie
- Etre proactif
- Assurer le suivi des indicateurs (production, maintenance, sécurité, qualité,...)
Votre profil:
- Posséder un master orientation technique et/ou de gestion de production
- Posséder une expérience de minimum 5 ans en gestion de production/maintenance
- Posséder un vif intérêt pour l'amélioration des processus
- Etre organisé, méthodique, résistant au stress,...
- Posséder de bonne capacité d'analyse
- Etre flexible et responsable
