Talencia is looking for an experienced CRM/ERP Audit Specialist for one of his clients.Location: BrusselsStart Date: FebruaryDuration: 3 months (full time)Language: EnglishA prominent European Institution is seeking a specialized CRM/ERP Auditor to evaluate and modernize a bespoke, "in-house" solution developed in PowerBuilder. The mission is to bridge the gap between legacy architecture and future-ready business processes. Core Mission & Responsibilities The project is structured into four critical phases:Process & Criticality Analysis:Conduct a deep-dive audit of current business processes.Identify "pain points," bottlenecks, and the significance/impact of existing system issues.Back-End Translation:Reverse-engineer and interpret the legacy PowerBuilder back-end.Translate technical logic into clear functional specifications.Process Optimization:Propose concrete strategies to simplify and streamline existing workflows.Eliminate redundant steps to improve institutional efficiency.Strategic Recommendations:Evaluate whether to evolve the current tool or build a new solution.Define the roadmap for development, including architectural improvements for the CRM/ERP ecosystem. ProfileTechnical Expertise: Strong understanding of legacy systems, specifically PowerBuilder (essential for the audit phase).Analytical Mindset: Proven experience in business process mapping and "criticality" assessment.Strategic Vision: Ability to translate complex back-end data into high-level optimization strategies.Communication: Excellent English skills, with the ability to navigate a multicultural, institutional environment.
