Binnen Equans Belux streeft het Operational Excellence team ernaar de partner te worden voor projectprestatie-gerelateerde zaken voor alle verschillende divisies en ondersteunende teams. Functieomschrijving We zoeken momenteel een bekwame Project Booster (Brussel), die de uitrol van een van onze programma's zal leiden die gericht zijn op de ondersteuning van onze projecten met specifieke uitdagingen en moeilijkheden. Dit programma heeft als doel afwijkingen in onze projecten te identificeren en zo snel mogelijk passende corrigerende maatregelen te nemen.
In de rol van Project Booster leid je de implementatie van het programma en zorg je ervoor dat het de verwachte resultaten oplevert (schadebeheersing en herstel van marges). Je rol omvat het waarborgen van een passend organisatorisch kader en het ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van het relevante actieplan (operationele ondersteuning, logistiek, extra middelen, tools, planning, claims, enz.) voor elk betrokken project en, indien nodig, persoonlijk deelnemen aan crisisbeheer.
Je rol omvat ook, op ad-hocbasis, audits en peer reviews van projecten tijdens de uitvoeringsfase.
Je belangrijkste activiteiten:
- het projectondersteuningsprogramma ontplooien om projecten met uitdagingen en financiële afwijkingen aan te pakken, waaronder:
- aanstelling van een Bug Supervisor
- het opzetten van een effectieve organisatiestructuur voor elk project, waarbij duidelijke rollen en verantwoordelijkheden worden toegewezen
- het ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van een uitgebreid en op maat gemaakt actieplan voor elk project, gericht op operationele ondersteuning, logistiek, toewijzing van middelen, tools, planning, claims en andere relevante gebieden
- de voortgang monitoren van projecten en de implementatie van actieplannen, waarbij je potentiële risico's, afwijkingen en kansen identificeert en proactieve maatregelen neemt om deze te beperken of te benutten
- actief deelnemen aan crisisbeheer en bied hands-on ondersteuning aan projectteams en belanghebbenden om kritieke problemen op te lossen
- samenwerken met cross-functionele teams, waaronder projectmanagers, ingenieurs, contractmanagers, juridische en financiële professionals, om strategieën af te stemmen en succesvol projectherstel te waarborgen
- regelmatig rapporteren van de projectstatus, voortgang en uitdagingen aan het senior management, met aanbevelingen voor verbeteringen en kostenbeheersingsmaatregelen
- lessen identificeren uit projectherstelinspanningen en bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van best practices en continue verbeterinitiatieven
- je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- aantoonbare ervaring in projectmanagement, bij voorkeur in de bouwsector, met relevante ervaring in projectherstel of -herstel
- goede kennis van multitechnische (mechanische, elektrische en HVAC) constructieactiviteiten
- grondig begrip van financiële principes, kostenbeheersingsmaatregelen en contract-/claimbeheer binnen een projectomgeving
- sterke leiderschaps- en probleemoplossende vaardigheden, met het vermogen om kritische beslissingen te nemen onder druk
- uitstekende communicatieve en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden om effectief samen te werken met diverse belanghebbenden en coöperatieve werkrelaties op te bouwen
- in staat om te werken in een snel veranderende omgeving
- sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden, met het vermogen om operationele uitdagingen te identificeren en op te lossen
- een hands-on mentaliteit (hands-on), overtuigend en sterke ethiek
- vermogen om te plannen, organiseren en prioriteiten te stellen, inclusief coördinatie met anderen
- proactief, neemt initiatief en heeft een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
- flexibiliteit in werkuren en -locatie, met een minimale aanwezigheid op het hoofdkantoor van Equans Belux
- bereidheid om te reizen indien nodig
- vloeiend in Nederlands, Frans en Engels
