En tant que **Project Management Officier**, vous contribuerez activement à la gestion et à la performance d'un portefeuille de projets, en apportant un soutien essentiel aux responsables de projets pour atteindre les objectifs fixés en termes de qualité, coûts, délais et performances.

Mission

En tant que Project Management Officer, vos responsabilités incluront notamment:

- Organiser et animer le processus de pilotage de projet, y compris les revues de demande, les indicateurs clés de performance et les revues de projet ;
- Élaborer une planification globale des programmes et projets, en assurant la synchronisation et la consolidation des différentes étapes tout en tenant compte de la charge de travail et de la capacité disponible ;
- Gérer et diffuser les informations de pilotage, notamment les indicateurs, les rapports et les tableaux de bord ;
- Proposer des scénarios pour les prises de décision et contribuer à la préparation des dossiers d'arbitrage ;
- Apporter un soutien et un coaching aux équipes opérationnelles sur les normes de gestion de projet ;
- Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus de pilotage des programmes et projets ;
- Structurer la construction du portefeuille de projets de la direction, en assurant la consolidation et le suivi des dépenses ;
- Assurer le pilotage du processus BPM IT, y compris la définition et le suivi des indicateurs clés de performance, ainsi que la publication régulière de synthèses des KPI ;
- Accompagner les équipes dans l'amélioration continue, en suivant les plans d'actions et en favorisant l'innovation.
- Expérience préalable dans la gestion de projets, de préférence dans un environnement industriel ;
- Maîtrise de l'outil de gestion de projet "Planisware" serait un atout, ainsi que la capacité à développer des rapports Power BI ;
- Orienté(e) données, avec la capacité à manipuler et à analyser les données pour prendre des décisions éclairées ;
- Forte capacité de travail et d'écoute, avec d'excellentes compétences relationnelles et analytiques ;
- Volonté d'apprendre et de progresser dans divers environnements techniques ;
- Rigueur, assertivité et sens de l'organisation seront des atouts essentiels pour réussir dans ce rôle ;
- Excellente maîtrise de l'anglais.
