Als Procurement Assistant ben je verantwoordelijk voor het inkopen van zeevracht- en containertransportdiensten. Je speelt een cruciale rol in het onderhandelen met leveranciers om de meest concurrerende tarieven te verkrijgen. Daarnaast beheer je het volledige tenderproces, van het invullen van tenderformulieren en het halen van deadlines tot het afhandelen van processen na toekenning. Je biedt ook spotoffertes aan voor grotere volumes of speciale verzoeken.
• Onderhandelen over tarieven, tenders beheren, spotquotaties verstrekken.
• Communiceren met leveranciers en collega's intern en extern.
• Volgen van markttrends, intern informeren over marktsituatie en klantbijeenkomsten bijwonen.
• Werken met MasterRateBook, beheren van kwaliteitsdocumenten, en lokale tarieven uploaden naar het centrale systeem.
• Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring binnen procurement
• Je beschikt over een sterk kennis van Air & Sea Freight Forwarding
• Goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels
• Je beschikt over sterke communicatie-en onderhandelingsvaardigheden
• Je bent analytisch ingesteld en volgt de tendens op de markt verder op.
