Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un Junior Financial Controller pour l'un de nos clients actif dans le secteur des services et situé à Bruxelles.
Cette entreprise en pleine croissance compte aujourd'hui plus de 4000 collaborateurs et prévoit une croissance de 15% d'ici l'année prochaine. Vous aurez également l'opportunité de stabiliser votre carrière sur le long terme avec un partenaire prêt à investir en votre potentiel.
Notre client recherche aujourd'hui un Junior Financial Controller pour devenir le bras droit personne de références pour toutes les questions financières de la structure. Vous serez également le bras droit du CFO dans la réalisation de la plupart des projets d'amélioration et de croissance de la structure.

- Rédaction de rapports de rentabilité
- Préparation et animation des business review mensuelles
- Préparation et suivi des budgets et des prévisions
- Gestion de la facturation clients de A à Z
- Participation à l'amélioration des processus et des procédures internes
- Education supérieure en Economies, Finance ou Comptabilité
- Vous pouvez vous reposer sur au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans le domaine financier
- Vous parlez la français et disposez d'une bonne maitrise du néerlandais (ou inversement)
- Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques (ERP, BI, Excel, …)
- Vous détectez rapidement les points d'amélioration et prenez des initiatives pour rendre les procédés plus efficients
- En plus d'une forte capacité analytique et de concentration, vous regardez les choses dans leur globalité tout en conservant un regard critique malgré la complexité des situations

- Vous en avez assez des structures rigides vous empêchant de donner vos idées et prendre des initiatives ? Rejoignez une structure vous donnant la liberté de mettre des choses en place et de mettre votre pierre à l'édifice
- Dites adieu à l'ennui Occupez une fonction challengeante incluant de nombreux projets sur lesquels travailler (implémentation d'ERP, transition d'outil de reporting, …)
- Travaillez en collaboration étroite avec le CFO et devenez son bras droit dans la mise en place de projet visant la croissance de la structure
- Boostez votre carrière sur le long terme au sein d'une entreprise de services de renom avec une portée internationale mais un mode de fonctionnement local. Plus besoin d'avoir l'accord de personnes basées à l'autre bout du monde pour implémenter un projet
