Als Test Analist bij ons team in Brussel zorg je ervoor dat onze IT-systemen voldoen aan de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen. Je vertaalt business requirements en functionele analyses naar testcases, definieert teststrategieën en voert tests uit. Jouw werk helpt ons om software te ontwikkelen die foutloos en gebruiksvriendelijk is, klaar voor de implementatie in productie.
- Testontwerp: Vertaal business requirements naar gedetailleerde testcases en scenario's. Ontwikkel de testaanpak en zet deze om in concrete acties om de kwaliteit van ICT-systemen te waarborgen.
- Testuitvoering: Voer integratie-, systeem- en IT-acceptatietesten uit volgens testplannen. Analyseer afwijkende resultaten en optimaliseer de testaanpak om de uiteindelijke productkwaliteit te verbeteren.
- Testrapportage: Stel testresultaten op in de juiste tools en zorg voor duidelijke rapportages voor ontwikkelaars. Hiermee leg je de basis voor een succesvolle en risicoloze productierelease.
- Ondersteuning bij acceptatietesten: Bied ondersteuning aan de business bij de acceptatietesten (UAT) en zorg voor testondersteuning bij de implementatiefase
- Samenwerking: Werk efficiënt samen met het projectteam of Scrum-team en deel je expertise om complexe vraagstukken op te lossen. Breng de IT-organisatie naar een hoger niveau door een agile werkwijze te omarmen.
Must-have:
- Bachelor in Informatica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in software testing
- Kennis van software testing methodieken (ISTQB is een plus)
- Ervaring met Agile en DevOps omgevingen en tools
- Ervaring met testtools zoals Zephyr, HP Quality Center (ALM)
- Vaardigheid in JIRA
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een proactieve houding
- Analytisch denkvermogen en oog voor detail
Nice-to-have:
- Kennis van PRINCE2 en ervaring met SCRUM
- Ervaring met Enterprise Architect en releasebeheer
- Ervaring in de verzekerings- of financiële sector
- Kennis van output- en archiveringssystemen
Taalvereisten:
- Nederlands en/of Frans als moedertaal
- Zeer goede beheersing van een andere landstaal
- Vloeiend in Engels (spreken, lezen, schrijven)
- Contracttype: onbepaalde duur
- Werklocatie: Antwerpen en/of Brussel in combinatie met thuiswerken
