Missie van het departement

Als onderdeel van de Directie Data, Digital & Growth Marketing vervult het team Data Analytics & Reporting een essentiële rol bij het interpreteren, benutten en valoriseren van gegevens binnen Beobank.


Het transformeert data naar analytische inzichten die het management ondersteunen bij het nemen van strategische beslissingen, het sturen van de activiteiten van diverse diensten en het optimaliseren van commerciële activiteiten.

Belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden

Als ervaren data-expert ben jij bekwaam in alle facetten van het Data Analyst-vak. Dit omvat een diepgaand begrip van zakelijke vereisten, het verstandig gebruik van beschikbare gegevens en uiteindelijk het leveren van een op maat gemaakte oplossing die naadloos aansluit op specifieke behoeften.

Activiteiten

Afhankelijk van de toegewezen projecten, kunnen uw taken verschillende van de volgende punten omvatten:

  • Analyse van behoeften en formulering van bedrijfsbehoeften:
    • Grondig begrijpen en definiëren van gebruikersbehoeften.
    • Actief deelnemen aan het formuleren van de vereisten van de bedrijfsteams.
    • Bijdragen aan het opstellen van functionele specificaties.
  • Strategische en operationele aanbevelingen:
    • Ontwikkelen van strategische en operationele aanbevelingen op basis van grondige analyses.
  • Optimalisatie en monitoring van CRM-campagnes:
    • Belangrijke rol vervullen bij het optimaliseren en monitoren van CRM-campagnes.
    • Analyseren van feedback en voorstellen doen voor verbeteringen om de effectiviteit ervan te maximaliseren.
  • Analyse van rentabiliteit en ontwerp van relevante indicatoren:
    • Grondige evaluatie van de rentabiliteit van bankproducten en -diensten.
    • Ontwikkelen van relevante indicatoren om besluitvorming te ondersteunen.
  • Data-visualisatie en valorisatie van gegevens door statistische technieken:
    • Behoeften van bedrijven omzetten in visuele oplossingen.
    • Gebruik van statistische technieken om informatie uit gegevens te halen.
  • Strategische leadselectie en grondige kwalificatie van tools:
    • Toepassen van strikte criteria en modellen voor het selecteren van leidende kandidaten.
    • Nauwlettend monitoren van de technische en functionele kwalificaties van tools.
  • Ontwikkeling van rapporten en monitoringtools:
    • Creëren van op maat gemaakte rapporten en monitoringtools.
  • Heldere en beknopte presentatie van analyses en gebruikerstraining:
    • Professioneel presenteren van analyses en aanbevelingen.
    • Een cruciale rol vervullen in het trainen van gebruikers in besluitvormingshulpmiddelen.

Vaardigheden

  • Grondige kennis van het bankwezen, inclusief processen en rentabiliteit.
  • Uitgebreide expertise in gegevensverwerking, -analyse en -beheer.
  • Bekwaamheid in programmeertalen en data-verwerkingsgereedschappen (datavisualisatietools, SQL, SAS, Python, enz.).

Persoonlijke kwaliteiten

  • Operationele efficiëntie gekoppeld aan een constructieve benadering.
  • Nauwkeurigheid, nieuwsgierigheid en analytisch denkvermogen.
  • Zelfstandigheid, initiatief en synthesevaardigheden.
  • Vloeiende communicatie afgestemd op diverse doelgroepen, fungerend als brug tussen technische expertise en het bedrijfsleven.
  • Communicatieve vaardigheid in het Frans en Engels, of in het Frans en Nederlands

Ervaring/Kennis

  • Masterdiploma met een specialisatie in financiën, economie, ingenieurswetenschappen, econometrie, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Enkele jaren bewezen ervaring
