Jouw uitdaging

Als process & strategy advisor speel je een centrale rol in de ontwikkeling van een toekomstvisie en opvolging van de (commerciële) strategie voor onze havenplatformen in Antwerpen & Zeebrugge. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het vormgeven & optimaliseren van interne processen en governance structuren binnen het departement Customer Relations van het Havenbedrijf.

Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de market & strategy intelligence manager.

In je rol van process & strategy advisor:

  • Coördineer je de ontwikkeling van de (commerciële) strategie met alle relevante stakeholders tot een geïntegreerd en gedragen geheel en ondersteun je de opvolging van de huidige (commerciële) strategie om op elk moment een helder beeld te kunnen schetsen van de voortgang en behaalde resultaten
  • Analyseer je de interne processen binnen het departement Customer Relations om proactief verbeteringsmogelijkheden te identificeren en implementeren om de kwaliteit te garanderen (bv. informatiedoorstroming)
  • Evalueer je de huidige governance-structuren, zowel intern binnen het Havenbedrijf alsook naar de bredere havengemeenschap toe, en werk je samen met de proces & governance advisor voorstellen uit tot verbetering van efficiëntie en effectiviteit
  • Ondersteun je collega’s in de ontwikkeling van strategische aanbevelingen voor de organisatie op zowel op korte als middellange termijn, op basis van de data & inzichten uit het Market & Strategy Intelligence team en de bredere organisatie
  • Begeleid je het team om deze aanbevelingen af te toetsen bij interne stakeholders en waar nodig met partners binnen de havengemeenschap, en faciliteer je beslissingen om deze aanbevelingen te implementeren

Profiel
  • Je behaalde een masterdiploma en hebt minstens 3-5 jaar relevante ervaring voor de functie (ervaring in proces & governance optimalisatie & ondersteuning van strategie-ontwikkeling)
  • Je hebt gestructureerde aanpak en georganiseerde manier van werken
  • Je heb een kritische blik en zoekt actief naar verbeteringsmogelijkheden
  • Je hebt strategisch & conceptueel denkvermogen, gecombineerd met analytisch inzicht
  • Je communiceert op een heldere en effectieve manier met stakeholders op verschillende niveaus binnen de organisatie, alsook daarbuiten – in het Engels en Nederlands
  • Je beschikt over een gezonde portie overtuigingskracht
  • Je bent pro-actief en neemt graag je verantwoordelijkheden eigenhandig op
  • Kennis over het functioneren van havens en de rol van het Havenbedrijf is zeker een troef
