Als product specialist ben je intern en extern het centrale aanspreekpunt voor technische vragen. Je bekijkt complexe technische problemen vanuit meerdere perspectieven om onderliggende oorzaken te vinden. Je houdt hierbij rekening met gevolg, impact en verschillende invalshoeken. Dit altijd met de juiste normering rekening houdend. Hierdoor kan je je constant technisch ontwikkelen en bijleren. Zo ben je specialist binnen je vakgebied.
- Je neemt het initiatief om je productkennis in te zetten voor het correct aanbieden van producten en services;
- Door je ervaring kan je complexere klantvragen omzetten in een juiste offerte afgestemd op de behoefte van de klant;
- Grotere aanvragen of projecten neem je eerst bij jou ter analyse om te zorgen voor een juiste kwalificatie, ondersteuning en voor het bepalen van de juiste leverancier;
- Je ondersteunt het team en zorgt voor een goede begeleiding in de dagelijkse technische commerciële uitdagingen;
- Samen met het product management team en de teamleader kan je mee worden ingezet om trainingsnoden van het team te vertalen in concrete modules;
- Je kan dus ook optreden als trainer voor het inside sales team.
- Je beschikt over een bachelor diploma in een technische richting en/of hebt reeds een eerste ervaring in een product-technische rol;
- Je bent een echte teamplayer met communicatieve sterke vaardigheden;
- Hiernaast kan je ook zelfstandig en georganiseerd te werk gaan om een maximaal resultaat te boeken;
- Je kan je zowel in het Nederlands als in het Engels vlot uitdrukken;
- Hiernaast heb je ervaring met CRM-systemen en een correcte opvolging hiervan.
