Decathlon is dedicated to helping, inspiring and guiding you through your sports experiences. We believe that discovering new sports and being active – well, it's an important part of life – and living well shouldn't just be for a privileged few.

Decathlon is not just a reseller. We're unique because we have our own in-house brands. We are experts in our fields, and we draw on our knowledge and experience to create, design and manufacture our own products in our own studios and labs. Currently, we have over 20 Decathlon brands, each dedicated to a specific sport or practice. And, our family ownership means we're here for the long term. We reinvest our profits into research and development, helping to lower the cost of participating in sport.

  • Vous utilisez votre expérience sportive au quotidien pour conseiller et inspirervos clients dans leurs achats
  • Vous êtes responsable d'une présentation impeccable de nos produits pour donner envie à nos clients de découvrir notre offre produits et services
  • Vous participez au processus logistique et assurez à nos clients un stock et une disponibilité corrects
  • Vous contribuez à l'amélioration continue du rayon au travers de projets dans le but de toujours mieux répondre aux besoins des clients

Vous êtes un(e) athlète actif(ve)

Vous êtes passionné(e) par la musculation et/ou le CrossFit et/ou le yoga et/ou le pilates et/ou la boxe et/ou la gymnastique et/ou la danse (eh oui, le rayon fitness regroupe de nombreux sports chez Decathlon )

Vous êtes orienté(e) client

  • Vous aimez partager votre énergie et votre expérience avec vos clients et collègues
  • Vous avez le souci du détail et recherchez toujours le meilleur service possible
  • Le contact avec le client vous donne de l'énergie
  • Vous voulez améliorer ou pratiquer votre anglais (le luxembourgeois et le portugais sont un plus )

Vous êtes un(e) joueur(se) d'équipe

  • Vous êtes à l'écoute de vos collègues et vous communiquez de manière fluide et constructive
  • En collaboration avec votre équipe, vous déterminez vos objectifs communs et vous les poursuivez

Vous êtes de nature positive

Votre attitude positive vous assure d'être toujours à la recherche d'opportunités et de solutions, tant pour le client que pour vos collègues

Des horaires de travail flexibles ne vous posent aucun problème

  • Vous travaillez selon un horaire variable (généralement 08h50-16h20 ou 12h30-20h00) et vous êtes prêt à être disponible le samedi pour vos clients et votre équipe

  • Un travail dynamique au sein d'une équipe sportive et passionnée avec un objectif commun : rendre le sport accessible au plus grand nombre. Faire du sport ensemble (avec des collègues et des clients) fait partie de notre ADN
  • Dès le premier jour, vous bénéficiez d'un coach personnel et d'un plan d'entraînement individuel . Lors des entretiens mensuels de coaching, vous partagez avec votre coach vos apprentissages, vos réalisations et vos projets. Vous avez la liberté de vous développer. En définissant votre rôle en fonction de vos talents, expériences et intérêts, vous pouvez prendre le contrôle de votre carrière
  • Un package de rémunération attractif :
  • Une rémunération compétitive et adaptée à vos responsabilités
  • Un bonus mensuel entre 0 et 10% en fonction de différents indicateurs magasin
  • Une prime de fin d'année (ou treizième mois)

  • Un contrat à durée déterminée de 21h (= 3 jours) minimum par semaine d'une durée de 6 mois avec possibilité de prolongation
