En tant que passionné de fitness, vous rendez votre sport accessible au plus grand nombre:

- Vous utilisez votre expérience sportive au quotidien pour conseiller et inspirer vos clients dans leurs achats.
- Vous participez au processus logistique et rassurez à nos clients un stock et une disponibilité corrects. Vous êtes également responsable d'une présentation impeccable de nos produits.
- Vous osez prendre des décisions et vous agissez spontanément pour fournir le meilleur service à nos clients. En collaboration avec l'équipe, vous déterminez des objectifs concrets et vous les poursuivez.

Vous êtes un athlète actif et orienté client

Vous évoluez dans l'univers du fitness et aimez partager votre énergie. Vous avez le souci du détail et recherchez toujours le meilleur service possible. Le sourire d'un client vous donne de l'énergie.

Vous êtes un joueur d'équipe
- Vous êtes à l'écoute de vos collègues et vous communiquez de manière fluide et constructive.
- En collaboration avec votre équipe, vous déterminez vos objectifs communs et vous les poursuivez.

Vous avez une mentalité de pratique.
- Votre attitude positive vous assure d'être toujours à la recherche d'opportunités et de solutions, tant pour le client que pour vos collègues.

Des horaires de travail flexibles ne vous posent aucun problème.
- Vous voulez travailler selon un horaire variable et vous êtes prêt à être disponible le samedi pour vos clients et votre équipe. Cela signifie que vous avez un jour de congé fixe pendant le semaine.

Notre offre
- Un travail dynamique au sein d'une équipe de 6 sportifs et passionnés avec un objectif commun : rendre le sport accessible au plus grand nombre. Faire du sport ensemble (avec des collègues et des clients) fait partie de notre ADN.
- Dès le premier jour, vous bénéficiez d'un coach personnel et d'un plan d'entraînement individuel. Lors des entretiens mensuels de coaching, vous partagez avec votre coach vos apprentissages, vos réalisations et vos projets. Vous avez la liberté de vous développer. En définissant votre rôle en fonction de vos talents, expériences et intérêts, vous pouvez prendre le contrôle de votre carrière.
- Une rémunération compétitive et adaptée à vos responsabilités. Votre salaire est complété par des avantages sociaux tels que des chèques-repas, un horaire flexible, une assurance hospitalisation et une participation aux bénéfices. En tant que salarié, vous bénéficiez également d'une réduction de 30% sur l'ensemble de l'offre Décathlon.
- Un contrat de 21h pour une durée de 3 mois reconductibles
