FunctieVoor een bedrijf gespecialiseerd in stortbeton zoeken we een customer service medewerker die zowel in West als in Oost-Vlaanderen verantwoordelijk gesteld wordt.Jouw takenpakket bevat volgende zaken:Klantencontact onderhouden;Bieden van eerstelijnsondersteuning;Klachtenbehandeling;Administratieve ondersteuning;Monitoren van klanttevredenheid;Opstellen van rapporten/ kpi's;Voorstellen van alternatieve oplossingen voor problemen. ProfielVoor de functie als Customer service medewerker West/ Oost-Vlaanderen kan je volgende zaken afvinken;Je beschikt over de nodige kennis of hebt een bacheloropleiding op zak;Je hebt al eerder werkervaring opgedaan in een relevante ervaring of klantendienst;Je kan zowel Nederlands als goed Frans. Een goede kennis van het Engels;Je bent stressbestendig en professioneel;Je bent flexibel om te reizen binnen de toegewezen regio's;Je kan goed overweg met het Office pakket en een CRM-systeem.
