Finance Project Manager

This client is a leading international company specializing in dredging and offshore services. Known for their quality and client-centric approach, the company excels in delivering unique and swift completion of major projects globally. Do you have experience in project management and a desire to work on international projects? Are you eager to join a dynamic, world-class team in an international environment? Oversee international projects on-site, holding ultimate financial responsibility for the site. International projects where you will spend 70% - 80% of your time abroad; Optimize and enhance processes and systems; Monitor project progress, budget, quality, and risks; Coach team members to ensure effective performance and collaboration; Communicate directly with controllers for accurate financial reporting; Negotiate with local banks and maintain close contact with subcontractors; Supervise controllers and manage budget control; Ensure the project remains financially aligned; Support in strategic planning thereby challenge action-oriented financial and operational objectives. Master's degree in finance or a related field; You must have at least 10 years of experience in the sector of dredging or off-shore services or construction and/or project management; You must have at least a European nationality; Broad generalist with strong project management skills. Ability to adapt quickly, work efficiently, and communicate effectively with international teams.
