Een warm team van 70 collega's en een inspirerende werkplek in Antwerpen-Zuid JOUW TAKENPAKKET Een warm netwerk onderhouden & Business development Je beheert een eigen klantenportefeuille, versterkt bestaande klantrelaties en legt nieuwe contacten bij CFO's en Finance managers. Je spot kansen in de markt en vertaalt deze naar duurzame klantrelaties. Matchmaking Je zorgt ervoor dat projecten snel en efficiënt worden ingevulden. Van intake met de klant, tot het opstellen van een shortlist van relevante Finance professionals en het faciliteren van de gesprekken tussen beide partijen: jij zorgt ervoor dat de juiste persoon bij het juiste project terechtkomt. Projectopvolging & coaching Je volgt lopende projecten op en bent een betrokken sparringpartner voor zowel klanten als consultants. Je bewaakt de voortgang en geeft advies waar nodig. Daarnaast coach je onze Finance consultants door regelmatig met hen in te checken tijdens hun opdrachten. Ondernemen binnen Hyphen Je krijgt de vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid om jouw business te runnen. Dat betekent dat je naast jouw eigen commerciële verhaal ook actief meebouwt aan de groei van Hyphen: je denkt mee over strategie, processen en nieuwe initiatieven. JOUW PROFIEL Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in een economische richting Je hebt 4 tot 7 jaar ervaring binnen Finance Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels; Frans is een plus. Je krijgt energie van sociaal contact: zowel digitaal, telefonisch als face-to-face. Je bent resultaatgericht en gedreven: je haalt energie uit targets behalen en deals closen. Je bent een echte teamplayer en houdt van een groepsdynamiek waar je ook een groot stuk zelfstandigheid aan de dag dient te leggen.
