Technical Services Sales Consultant Electrical & Automation Solutions Your role – make an impact that matters You will develop and grow an existing customer portfolio by selling technical services and solutions related to electrical and automation equipment installed at customer sites. Your mission is to build strong customer relationships, increase recurring service revenue and support customers with maintenance, modernization and digital solutions. This is a commercial role with a strong technical and consultative focus. You act as a trusted advisor, not a pure salesperson. Your responsibilities Manage and grow an existing portfolio of 90–100 customers Execute an annual sales plan and achieve clear KPIs (team & individual) Sell maintenance contracts, modernization projects and technical services Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within current customers and reactivate inactive accounts Be present in the field (3/4 face-to-face client visits per week - You manage your own agenda and plan your meetings and work either from home or from the office, depending on what suits you best) Advise customers on electrical and automation solutions Ensure customer satisfaction in close collaboration with internal teams (inside sales, service, tender teams) Use CRM tools to manage pipeline, forecasting and performance This is not Key Account Management Mix of large international clients and smaller local customers Who you are?
