Technical Services Sales Consultant Electrical & Automation SolutionsYour role – make an impact that mattersYou will develop and grow an existing customer portfolio by selling technical services and solutions related to electrical and automation equipment installed at customer sites.Your mission is to build strong customer relationships, increase recurring service revenue and support customers with maintenance, modernization and digital solutions.This is a commercial role with a strong technical and consultative focus. You act as a trusted advisor, not a pure salesperson.Your responsibilitiesManage and grow an existing portfolio of 90–100 customersExecute an annual sales plan and achieve clear KPIs (team & individual)Sell maintenance contracts, modernization projects and technical servicesIdentify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within current customers and reactivate inactive accountsBe present in the field (3/4 face-to-face client visits per week - You manage your own agenda and plan your meetings and work either from home or from the office, depending on what suits you best)Advise customers on electrical and automation solutionsEnsure customer satisfaction in close collaboration with internal teams (inside sales, service, tender teams)Use CRM tools to manage pipeline, forecasting and performance This is not Key Account Management Mix of large international clients and smaller local customersWho you are?BackgroundTechnical education: electrical, electromechanical or mechanicalSolid technical understanding (basic electrical knowledge required)ExperienceExperience in technical sales, inside sales or a commercial technical roleSales of services is a plusAmbitious profiles with limited field sales experience but strong motivation are welcomeMindset & skillsStrong relationship builder, customer-focusedAmbitious, proactive and eager to learnComfortable in a technical environmentWell-organized and able to manage multiple prioritiesLanguages: Dutch fluent mandatory, good EnglishWhat's in it for youA key role in a leading international companyStrong onboarding and excellent trainingA human, supportive and professional work environmentReal career growth and long-term development opportunitiesAttractive packageCompetitive fixed salary (around 4.5K to 5.5K depending your experience + a lot of extra)Annual bonusCompany carGroup & hospitalization insuranceContinuous training and career development Ready to shine?If you have a technical background, enjoy customer contact and want to grow into a strong technical sales expert, we would love to hear from you.
