By combining a broad range of mechanical components (from flow-control systems to sealing & polymer solutions, power transmission, hoses and more) with deep engineering know-how and customization capabilities, we help customers across industries, from chemicals to manufacturing, energy to pharma, run safer, cleaner and more efficient operations.We don’t just deliver products; we deliver solutions, optimizing reliability, cutting total cost of ownership, and enabling sustainable industrial practices.As International Key Account Manager, you will be the trusted partner for our most strategic global customers, shaping long-term collaboration, anticipating engineering needs, and unlocking value through tailored industrial solutions for a portfolio of clients primarily active across Belgium, France and APAC, as well as additional key regions such as the Netherlands, Germany and Switzerland.Main ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic account plans: to drive growth and deepen collaboration across multiple regions.Identify new business opportunities: within key accounts by understanding engineering needs and mechanical processes.Conduct regular business reviews: performance assessments, and improvement initiatives.Deliver technical-commercial value: leveraging ERIKS’ expertise in Power Transmission, Gaskets, Flow Control, Industrial & Hydraulic Hoses, and Sealing & Polymer Solutions.Coordinate activities: with local sales teams and Product Groups to ensure seamless customer support.Lead or support complex international tenders: Provide accurate reporting: on performance, pipeline, and market developments.Your ProfileBachelor’s or Master’s degree: 7+ years of commercial experience: in a technical/industrial B2B environment (MRO, OEM, or industrial components).Good understanding of mechanical engineering processes: and the ability to translate customer technical challenges into the right ERIKS solutions, with familiarity with one or more industrial component domains (e.g. power transmission, flow control, gaskets, hoses, sealing & polymer solutions).Proven experience: in managing international key accounts and building long-term customer relationships.Strong communicator: with analytical strength, problem-solving ability and cultural sensitivity.Independent, structured and collaborative: working style.Fluent in English: plus French, Dutch or German.Willingness to travel internationally: primarily within Belgium, France and the Netherlands, with occasional travel to other regions (e.g. Germany, Switzerland or APAC) depending on customer needs.What We OfferCompetitive salary: aligned with your experience and the responsibilities of the role.Company car + fuel card: Individual bonus: Collective bonus: €8 meal vouchers per day: Eco vouchers: Hospitalization insurance: with DKV.Group insurance: Home-office possibilities: 32 vacation days: Training opportunities: ContactFor more information, please contact Tom Coumans at +31 (0)20 737 07 03.
