Vandaag gaan ze op zoek naar een gedreven Key Account Manager met minstens 3 jaar ervaring in FMCG.Als Key Account Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen, onderhandelen en uitvoeren van strategieën die zullen resulteren in de groei van de merken binnen het retail kanaal.De geschikte kandidaat combineert sterke commerciële skills met de nodige dosis analytische vaardigheden en een gestructureerde administratieve aanpak.FunctieNegotiatie: succesvol afronden van de jaarlijkse negotiatiesCategoriebeheer: optimaliseren van het productassortiment, prijsstrategie en promotieplannen voor de Retail en out-of-home kanalen (discounter, tankstations, horeca, vending machines, etc.)Analyse en strategie: marktdata en consumentengedrag analyseren om zo commerciële kansen te identificeren en strategieën te ontwikkelenRelatiemanagement: optimale lange termijn relaties aangaan met de aan jou toevertrouwde klanten om zo de ambitieuze plannen te realiserenMultidisciplinaire samenwerking: afstemmen met interne teams (sales, marketing) om gezamenlijke doelen te behalen en dit zowel lokaal als internationaal (met het moederhuis)Resultaatopvolging: evalueren van prestaties en bijsturen indien nodigMerkenbouwerProfielJe hebt een Masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in een economische richtingJe hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een rol als Key Account Manager binnen FMCGJe komt uit een Food-omgeving en hebt kennis van Nielsen en/of GFK-dataJe beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands, Engels en Frans.
