Digitaliseringsprojecten en de nieuwe behoeften van onze klanten vereisen een rigoureus en proactief beheer van onze organisatie, onze teams en ons talent. In het kader van de versterking van haar Talent Management strategie is de P&V Groep op zoek naar een Talent Project Manager die zich in eerste instantie zal focussen op de positionering van de P&V Groep als "employer of choice", een werkgever die het verschil maakt

Dankzij zijn/haar klantgerichte visie, creativiteit, pragmatische aanpak en ervaring/passie voor Employer Branding, zal hij/zij een strategie ontwikkelen en, in samenwerking met onze afdeling Communicatie, een authentieke Employer experience implementeren die het DNA en de cultuur van de P&V Groep weerspiegelt.

Daarnaast zijn zijn/haar begrip van de uitdagingen en behoeften van de organisatie en zijn/haar expertise en ervaring in Talent management & Acquisition belangrijke troeven bij het ontwikkelen van innovatieve Talent oplossingen met de business en HR-collega's, in lijn met de best practices in de markt.


In samenwerking met het Talent team, de HR Business Partners en de Business, de Talent projectmanager :

  • Ontwikkelt en implementeert een Employer Branding aanpak om de P&V Groep extern en intern te positioneren als een Employer of choice. Voorbeelden:
    • In nauwe samenwerking met het wervingsteam definieer je de doelgroepen en de geschikte communicatie-initiatieven met een grote impact;
    • Kwalitatieve inhoud genereren uit interne ervaringen om onze cultuur en carrièremogelijkheden te promoten (bv. ambassador community);
    • Evenementen organiseren en eraan deelnemen (inclusief recruitment evenementen) om potentiële kandidaten/partners te ontmoeten en de reputatie van de Groep te versterken;
    • Samenwerken met de communicatieteams om te zorgen voor een ge ntegreerde aanpak van Employer Branding en communicatieproductie/publicatie;
    • Concurrentieonderzoek uitvoeren om te begrijpen hoe andere organisaties in de sector zich positioneren en nieuwe kansen identificeren.
  • Zorgt voor de readyness van onze talentpool door proactieve wervingsprojecten te beheren, een workforce planning te implementeren en contact te onderhouden met het Succession management.
  • Stelt oplossingen voor en implementeert initiatieven om de inzetbaarheid en mobiliteit van medewerkers te ontwikkelen en te vergroten.
  • Biedt Project Management voor verschillende Talent gerelateerde projecten (Talent & Performance management, Benchmarking, Systeemimplementatie, etc.).
  • Zorgt ervoor dat projecten en initiatieven worden ondersteund door systemen en processen die operationele uitmuntendheid en voortdurende verbetering garanderen.
  • Analyseert en interpreteert bestaande gegevens, definieert en bewaakt KPI's om solide business cases op te stellen, besluitvorming te ondersteunen en de effectiviteit van initiatieven te evalueren.
  • Verrijkt zijn/haar redeneringen, benaderingen en vaardigheden door middel van een breed scala aan externe contacten en best practices in de markt en deelt deze kennis met de collega's.

  • Je hebt een Bachelor of Master in HR/Psychologie/Marketing of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt een ruime ervaring in Employer Branding, communicatie, recruitment, Talent management en/of Project management.
  • Je hebt een heel goede kennis van het Nederlands en het Frans.
  • Je bent oplossings- en klantgericht en verbetert voortdurend de Employee/Candidate Experience.
  • Jouw communicatieve skills zijn Storytelling, multimedia designer, creativiteit, social media freak.
  • Teamplayer, samenwerking, co-creatie met cross-functionele teams.
  • Project management, Learning Agility, challenge the status-quo.
  • Vaardigheden op het gebied van data analyse, kennis en gebruik van digitale systemen en tools.
