  • Door trends en patronen in complexe datasets vanuit de markt en interne klantensystemen te analyseren, identificeer je waardevolle inzichten.
  • Op basis van de onderzoeksresultaten lever je deskundige input en aanbevelingen voor projecten op het gebied van productontwikkeling, doelgroepafbakening, content en communicatie, marketing en budgetten.
  • Bij het leiden van projecten rond concurrentieanalyse, klantanalyse en marktontwikkelingen toon je jouw expertise.
  • Met behulp van je overtuigingskracht zorg je ervoor dat je aanbevelingen vertaald worden naar concrete acties.

  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Met minstens 5 jaar relevante werkervaring in een vergelijkbare functie beschik je over een sterke achtergrond, bij voorkeur in een B2B-serviceomgeving, en heb je aantoonbare ervaring opgedaan met marketing, competitive intelligence en marktonderzoek in de HR-sector.
  • Diverse onderzoeksmethoden zijn je niet vreemd en je bent vertrouwd met business process analyse. Je weet hierbij de vertaalslag te maken van je analyse naar een bredere schaal op maat van verschillende stakeholders.
  • Je beheerst statistiek en datamining technieken en bezit een uitstekende kennis van MS Excel. Ervaring in het gebruik van SAS, SPSS of andere statistische pakketten is een troef, evenals ervaring met het opmaken van dashboards in Power BI.
  • Vanuit expertise, breder inzicht in bedrijfsprocessen en marktmechanismen fungeer je als waardevolle gesprekspartner op directorniveau.
  • Je bent communicatief vaardig kan complexe informatie op een eenvoudige manier presenteren.
  • Door je teamgerichte instelling en focus op klantgerichtheid streef je ernaar om uitstekende resultaten te behalen.
  • Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in zowel het Nederlands, Frans als het Engels.

  • Je krijgt een contract van onbepaalde duur (37,5u) met flexibele werkuren en 40 betaalde verlof- en feestdagen (waarvan 29 vrij te kiezen).
  • Je ontvangt een vergoeding voor jouw woon-werk verkeer. Je hebt ook de mogelijkheid om thuis te werken met een forfaitaire thuiswerkvergoeding van €116 netto/maand.
  • Daarnaast krijg je maaltijdcheques van €8/dag, ecocheques van €205 en cadeaucheques van €40 op jaarbasis.
  • We bieden jou een uitgebreid verzekeringspakket: een hospitalisatieverzekering (uitbreidbaar naar gezinsleden) en een groepsverzekering (pensioenspaarplan, overlijdensdekking en verzekering gewaarborgd inkomen bij langdurige ziekte).
