Description du poste
  • Relations presses, influence
  • Assister la Brand & PR Manager dans la gestion de la stratégie des relations presses et publiques
  • Gestion des listings presse et curations de nouvelles opportunités et contacts
  • Création de communiqué de presse, dossier de presse et autres supports presse
  • Gestion des listings influenceurs
  • Préparations des arrivées influenceurs et/ou presse

  • Social media
  • Présence et familiarité avec Instagram indispensable
  • Création de contenu attrayant pour les réseaux sociaux de The Hoxton, Brussels
  • Gestion et community management des réseaux sociaux de The Hoxton, Brussels, avec la meilleure qualité de service

  • Événementiel
  • Assister la Brand & PR Manager sur la partie opérationnelle des événements (gestions des guestlists et accueil des invités, créations de fiches techniques opérationnelles)
  • Coordination technique avec les partenaires (livraison, matériel et son) en collaboration avec la Brand Manager
  • Recherche proactive d’opportunités de partenariats (doit être force de proposition)
  • Assister la gestion et exécution de la programmation culturelle d’événements de The Hoxton
  • Création de contenus et textes pour les supports de communications associés

  • Digital
  • Gestion de la mise à jour régulière du site internet de The Hoxton, Brussels (nouvelle offre, changement d’horaires du restaurant)
  • Création de textes pour notre newsletter

  • Administratif
  • Gestion des facturations des partenaires et prestataires (créations de fiches fournisseurs, follow-up des paiements)
  • Préparation et coordination des bookings des influenceurs et VIPs invités

  • Networking
  • Proactivité en terme de networking et de communication envers les partenaires qui nous entoure, dans les milieux créatifs : mode, musique, art, culture, food.
  • Représentante de l’image et des valeurs de l’hôtel
